Application and approval
Membership applications are reviewed by AMICA SOHO. Submission is not approval, an entry entitlement, or permission to use the venue. Confirmation of an approved membership will be given separately by management.
Eligibility
Applicants must be at least 18. The club may ask for further information to assess eligibility and suitability under its current operating policies and applicable premises licence conditions.
Guests and entry
Members and guests must comply with the venue’s admission decisions, staff instructions, maximum occupancy, applicable licensing requirements and any additional rules supplied on approval.
Conduct
Respectful behaviour is required. Management may refuse entry or suspend privileges for breaches of venue rules or applicable law.
Approval and changes
The venue may ask the applicant to acknowledge the current complete club rules before activating membership. Any waiting period will be applied according to the governing conditions rather than assumed from this form.
