How AMICA SOHO handles application details
Information collected
We collect your full name, preferred contact method, email address or mobile number, and records that you acknowledged the club rules and confirmed you are at least 18.
Purpose
We use this information to process your membership request, carry out appropriate eligibility review, communicate with you, and keep necessary operational and compliance records. We do not use the form as a marketing subscription.
Access
Only staff authorised to manage applications should access membership records. Application details are stored in the venue’s managed database. New application notifications may be sent to our designated management inboxes.
Retention
Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for membership processing, relevant operations, and legal obligations. Retention and deletion requests are assessed individually under applicable data protection requirements.
